Turkey has become the most popular destination, because there they will not require a test for Covid-19 either upon arrival or upon return to Ukraine. Now many tour operators offer profitable tours that are not nearly inferior to those of the last season. If you still decide to stay in Turkey, then the airlines offer the following options:

  • Kharkiv - Istanbul - Kharkiv (02.09 - 06.09) - 115 €
  • Kiev - Dalaman - Kiev (11.09 - 18.09) - 132 €
  • Odessa - Antalya - Odessa (13.09 - 23.09) - 166 €

You can also get to Bulgaria without tests, but Ukraine periodically adds it to the list of the "red zone", which means that arriving home may require self-isolation or a test for Covid-19. Nevertheless, Bulgaria remains a popular destination for Ukrainian tourists. Now two airlines fly there, and tickets can be bought at approximately the following prices:

  • Kiev - Burgas - Kiev (02.09 - 06.09) - 80 €
  • Kiev - Varna - Kiev (09.09 - 20.09) - 76 €

Montenegro has become another popular resort among Ukrainians, but without a test for Covid-19, you can only get there by air. Upon returning to Ukraine, a two-week self-isolation or a negative coronavirus test will be required. On the other hand, the prices for air remain the most reasonable:

  • Kiev - Podgorica - Kiev (07.09 - 20.09) - 78 €
  • Kiev - Tivat - Kiev (16.09 - 24.09) - 163 €

Tunisia and Croatia will require you to test negative for Covid-19 at least 48 hours before arriving in the country. Upon returning to Ukraine from these two countries, it will be necessary to serve two weeks of self-isolation at home. If you have a visa, you can fly to the UK (with the condition of two-week self-isolation upon arrival) and to the USA (while flights from Europe are prohibited, but through third world countries it is possible).

Also, without tests, but with subsequent self-isolation in Ukraine, you can fly to Egypt and Albania. If you don't want to fly far, then only Belarus is open for Ukrainians from the near abroad. Moreover, Georgia stated that it does not exclude the possibility of opening the borders for Ukraine from September 1, but so far there is no exact information on this matter.
