Unfortunately, luggage theft continues to upset travelers - both at home airports and abroad. To insure yourself from opening a suitcase, unfortunately, is almost impossible, but there are simple tricks that will help to reduce the risk of such a trouble.
№1: The right lock

№5: Say "No" to soft bags
Soft bags are much easier to be checked for the presence of valuable things in them - cameras, laptops and other gadgets. In addition, professional burglars open them easily. The main rule is: do not put valuables into your luggage! And if it is an urgent need, at least, do not put them into soft bags and backpacks.
Please note that on the territory of the US it is only allowed to use special TSA locks - airport security services open these locks without damage, using a special key. If your suitcase is not equipped with a TSA lock, and you are travelling to the US, be prepared that security representative can open your suitcase in any way and by any means.
